Are there any additional fees besides the deposit and monthly fee?

No extra reservation fees apply, but upgrades incur additional costs.

There are no additional fees to make a reservation. Here's our payment structure:
  • $395 deposit per person to book a program
  • 50% of the balance is due 30 days after booking
  • The remaining 50% is due 100 days prior to the start date of your program
  • If the program starts less than 100 days after booking, then full balance is due within 10 days
  • If the program starts less than 130 days after booking, then the full balance is due 100 days prior to the start date of your program
The deposit you pay is already included in the listed price and will be deducted from your final invoice. However, if you choose to upgrade accommodations or add optional services, extra fees may apply.
